How can I make payment for my training?
We accept most major credit cards, or you can make payment by check, cash, or a qualifying purchase order. Visit our terms page for more information about when to make payment.
Can I get a personalized or custom training at my site?
Yes, contact us with the details and we can setup it up. We will inform you of any additional costs involved if applicable.
Do you offer group or non-profit discounts?
Yes, discounts can be given typically to groups of three or more students taking the same classes simultaneously. Non -profit groups can usually receive a 10% discount depending on the class size and the number of students attending.
How many students are typically in each class?
Usually between 4 to 10 students. We usually assign an assistant instructor if the class is large.
Do I need to bring anything to class?
Bring a pen/pencil and a pad of paper. Course manuals and software for use during the class will be furnished.
Is lunch provided?
No, each student must bring their own lunch or plan on "eating out" during the lunch/dinner break. During breaks we provide snacks and coffee in the morning.
