Synopsis

Avon was looking for an effective way to generate new help system files and convert the legacy files for use with an IBM search appliance. This system was to be used by their global specialists to serve timely information to field representatives. Lumenbrite engineered a workflow to generate these files with searchable meta data and separated into different formats to serve users with different permissions.
