Payment Terms

Enrolled students agree to pay the invoice in full upon receipt and no later than at the beginning of the first day of training whether it be on or off-site or online training. If the student has contracted LUMENBRITE TRAINING for services, he/she agrees to pay in accordance with the payment terms stated on the invoice and according to the terms and conditions stated in this contract.

Purchase orders are accepted only if approved prior to registration, and must be received at least 3 business days before the start of class.

All fees, payments, and funds applied toward a training service agreement with lumenbrite training are nonrefundable to the participants, clients, or trainees stated under these terms and conditions of this legal binding document. This includes any committment to pay. However, all students may cancel up to the first day of scheduled training with LUMENBRITE TRAINING and apply any payment, funds, or purchase orders, already invested in a training agreement toward a future training agreement of courses offered by the center.

Your Satisfaction is Guaranteed.

If you were not completely satisfied with the training you received you may retake the course within 6 months of the initial date of the class, but you must let us know that you want to retake training within 30-days initial date of the class. Please contact us for more information.

Legal

Lumenbrite Training reserves the right to reschedule any courses, training, or contracted service agreements at any time due to unforeseen circumstances. In the unlikely event that a course must be cancelled, LUMENBRITE TRAINING will notify any participants, trainees, and clients as soon as possible when the course will be rescheduled. However, LUMENBRITE TRAINING is not liable for any travel-related expenses incurred by any participant, trainee, or client.

Any reasonable attorney fees and expenses incurred by LUMENBRITE TRAINING needed to enforce payment from any participant, trainee, or client shall be the responsibility of that Participant, trainee, or client.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LUMENBRITE TRAINING, NEITHER LUMENBRITE TRAINING NOR ANY THIRD PARTY HAS CONFERRED UPON YOU BY IMPLICATION, ESTOPPEL OR OTHERWISE, ANY LICENSE OR RIGHT UNDER ANY PATENT, TRADEMARK, OR COPYRIGHT.

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED OTHERWISE IN AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND LUMENBRITE TRAINING, ALL INFORMATION, THE WEB SITE, AND PUBLICATIONS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND AND LUMENBRITE TRAINING HEREBY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.
