System Requirements

The following is a list of requirements needed to successfully complete a Lumenbrite Online Training course.

If you are connecting to the internet using a slower connection you can still view our movies, they will just take longer to download.

Tip: If you wait until the entire movie downloads, which is indicated when the play bar at the bottom of the movie turns dark, you can watch it without hiccups or interruptions. Be sure to view some free demo movies to check to see if you're happy with the speed and performance before you subscribe.

  • Windows XP or Windows 2000

  • Broadband Internet connection (ISDN/DSL/CABLE)

  • QuickTime*:

  • QuickTime 6.0 or better plug-in

  • QuickTime 7.0.4 or better

*To view movies with closed captioning, QuickTime 7.0.4 is required.

  • One of the following browsers:

  • Internet Explorer 6 or better

  • Firefox 1.0 or better

  • Mac OS X or higher

  • QuickTime*:

  • QuickTime 6.0 to 6.5.2

  • QuickTime 7.0.4 or better
