How does your enrollment process work?

Once you have selected a course and purchased that title, our customer service department will process your enrollment. Once this has been completed, we will send you details about how to login and begin your course. Usually the time between purchasing your course and being able to take your course can take from 5-minutes to 24-hours, depending on the time of day.

How long does it take to complete an online training?

Each course differs, but they can range from 4-hours to 36-hours. You are at your own pace, so the duration and vary greatly.

Will I be certified or will I get a certificate after the training?

After you have completed all of the labs and assessments, you will be able to print out an official course certificate that verifies that you have taken a specific course and product version with an Adobe Authorized Training Center. It is dated and signed.

Will I get any books shipped to me?

Unless otherwise stated on the course listing, we do not provide books for our online training courses.

Can I login and access my courses from any computer and at any time?

Yes, you can login anywhere that has high-speed internet access and meets the technical specifications of our online training courses.

If I need help from an instructor, what should I do?

You can access our forums or submit a live help request. All of this process is outlined and available once you have purchased a course and have access to the Online Training course interface.
